馮·拜耳隕石坑（von Baeyer）是位于月球正面南極的一座小撞擊坑，其名稱取自十九世紀德國有機化學家阿道夫·馮·拜耳（1854年-1917年），2009年1月22日被國際天文學聯合會批準接受。

該隕坑東側與斯韋德貝里隕石坑相連接、北面坐落了澤莫納克斯環形山、海代爾瓦里環形山位于它的東側；東南毗鄰阿蒙森環形山、而它的西南偏南則橫亙了諾畢爾環形山1。該隕坑中心月面坐標為81°48′S 61°52′E? / ?81.8°S 61.87°E，直徑13.5公里2，深度2.2公里3。
馮·拜耳隕石坑外觀呈圓形，坑壁邊緣完整清晰。坑壁平均高出周邊地形500米3，壁頂與坑底最大落差約2710米3。該隕坑因地處南極，因而坑內永久地籠罩在黑暗中。
